The Administration of State Property has announced that two new commercial units are now available for lease in Monaco, located at the prestigious Palais de la Plage building at 37 avenue Princesse Grace in Larvotto. These spaces are reserved exclusively for retail and non-catering activities and are offered as bare-shell units, giving future tenants the opportunity to adapt the premises to their business needs.
The first unit consists of a ground-floor space of around 124 square metres, along with a basement storage area of approximately 52 square metres, which is not directly accessible from the main unit. The second unit offers a larger ground-floor space of about 166 square metres, complemented by a 136 square metre basement reserve that has direct access from the shop floor.
Applications must be completed and submitted no later than Thursday, October 17 at 12:00. Candidates may send their files by post, with the postmark serving as proof of the deadline, or deposit them directly with the Administration of State Property at 5 Promenade Honoré II – Hall A, which is open from Monday to Friday between 9:30 and 17:00
Prospective tenants will also be able to visit the premises without appointment on three separate dates. The first opportunity is on Monday, September 29 with visits scheduled for 9:00 for the first unit and 10:00 for the second. Additional visits will be held on Monday, October 6 at 14:00 and 15:00 and again on Monday, October 13 at 10:00 and 11:00 respectively.
