Monaco is expanding recruitment across several areas of security, intelligence and emergency response, with a series of new vacancies published in the latest Journal de Monaco…
The latest edition lists 13 State recruitment notices, eight of which are directly linked to Public Security, the Fire Brigade or security at Stade Louis II.
Among the most senior posts is an engineer serving as deputy head of Public Security’s Security Technologies Section. The role includes oversight of State radio communications and video-surveillance networks, management of the police computer network, cyber-security projects and the modernisation of operational systems and equipment.
Public Security is also recruiting within its Internal Intelligence Division. Duties include helping prepare investigations and studies, drafting internal notes and carrying out daily monitoring of information available through open sources. Applicants must speak French, English and Italian and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality.
The Fire Brigade is meanwhile seeking an information and communications specialist responsible for computer systems, networks, radios and telecommunications, with possible duties during major events or crises.
Two security officers are also being recruited for Stade Louis II, with responsibilities covering surveillance, alarms, fire prevention and event security.
Taken together, the vacancies underline the increasingly technical and specialised nature of Monaco’s security infrastructure, particularly in communications, surveillance, cyber systems and intelligence support.
