The Department of Housing has launched a new call for applications for state-owned apartments, including those in the “Héméra A” building. From Monday, September 15, 2025, Monegasque nationals interested in securing one of these properties can submit their applications.
Requests can be filed online via teleservice.gouv.mc/logement-domanial-monaco or through MonGuichet.mc. For those without internet access, paper forms are available at the Department of Housing’s offices at 5, promenade Honoré II – entrance B, open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:00. Applicants can also contact the department directly by telephone on 98.98.80.08 or 98.98.40.80.
In addition, assistance is being offered at the Maison du Numérique, located at the Jardins d’Apolline, where a digital advisor will be on hand to guide applicants through the online process.
Completed applications must be submitted by Friday, October 10, 2025, at 17:00 sharp. Postal submissions will not be accepted, and late or incomplete applications will not be considered, in line with current ministerial regulations published on the Government’s public service portal.
This latest housing call reflects the Principality’s continued effort to provide eligible Monegasque families with modern and accessible living options within Monaco.
