Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene once again embraced the spirit of giving this holiday season, visiting various community centers to bring joy and warmth to Monaco’s residents. The princely couple began their day at the Rosine Sanmori nursery and the Foyer Princesse Charlene, where they personally distributed Christmas gifts to children and staff, brightening the morning with their presence.
In the afternoon, attention turned to the elderly as HSH Prince Albert II and HSH Princess Charlene joined the Monaco Red Cross at the Yacht Club of Monaco for a festive event dedicated to seniors supported by the organisation’s social service program. During this heartwarming gathering, the royals presented gourmet gift packages and shared moments of celebration with attendees, who were treated to a lively afternoon tea accompanied by traditional Christmas carols.
The Monaco Red Cross’s annual holiday initiative extends beyond this day, with plans to deliver gifts and goodwill to residents in retirement homes, patients at Princess Grace Hospital, and individuals at the Rainier III Center.
