A new 700-square-metre fitness and wellness club has opened its doors on Boulevard Charles III, bringing a premium training concept to Monaco that combines coached workouts, recovery facilities and gastronomy under one roof.

La Loge Monaco expands the brand’s existing presence in Biarritz and Bayonne, offering members a choice of 11 sporting disciplines, including HYROX training, Pilates and indoor cycling.

Classes are limited to a maximum of eight participants and led by qualified coaches, placing an emphasis on small-group sessions and individual guidance. The club is designed to bring different aspects of fitness together, allowing members to combine exercise with dedicated spaces for post-workout recovery.

Facilities include a sauna and cold plunge bath, giving visitors the option to incorporate heat and cold therapy into their routines after training.

The Monaco venture brings together local rugby player Antoine Zeghdar and entrepreneurs Jérémy Ferreira and Kevin Gigliotti. The interior was designed by architect Charlotte Siné.

With its combination of varied training formats, recovery facilities and gastronomy, La Loge Monaco adds a new option to the Principality’s fitness and wellness scene.
