HSH Prince Albert arrived in New York on Sunday for a brief but impactful three-day visit centred around the United Nations General Assembly. The Sovereign is slated to address the UN this Tuesday evening, joining leaders from around the world at this major international forum.

The Prince’s busy schedule kicks off this morning with his participation in the “Multilateral Solutions for a Better Future” summit at the United Nations headquarters.

A significant moment of the day will be the signing of a partnership between the Prince Albert II Foundation and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). This collaboration focuses on the Foundation’s initiative for young leaders, underscoring the Prince’s commitment to nurturing future generations. Additionally, a bilateral meeting with representatives from Latvia is planned.

Throughout his stay in Manhattan, a hub of global activity this week, Prince Albert will also engage in critical discussions on environmental issues. He will contribute to the Polar Initiative, which seeks to integrate the polar regions into the broader climate dialogue. The Prince is also set to participate in the Ocean Innovators Platform, an event organised by his foundation at the Harvard Club, emphasising his ongoing dedication to ocean conservation.
