Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn is back in town with an impressive line-up for the Monte-Carlo Boxing Showdown event on Saturday, November 4.
SBM and Eddie Hearn will present a big night of boxing as fighters battle it out in championship matches, including world championship fights, at the prestigious Casino de Monte-Carlo.
At a press conference on Thursday, November 2, boxing promoter Mike Wittstock spoke of the sport returning to Monaco after HSH Prince Albert gave the go-ahead in 2013. “Pure class” is how Mr Wittstock described Monte-Carlo as a venue.
SBM has described it as combining Great Art of Gaming and the Great Art of Boxing in an exceptional setting.
The headline bout will be between the UK’s unbeaten Joe Cordina and Edward Vasquez of the US, who will battle it out for the IBF World Super Featherweight Championship.
The bouts:
Joe Cordina (UK) v Edward Vasquez (United States) – IBF World Super Featherweight Championship
