The Princess Grace Hospital Centre (CHPG) has started the process to become “Mon Restau Responsable”, an environmental sustainability certification.

It is the first hospital in the PACA region to join the program and the first establishment of every kind in the Principality to do so.

The measures involve the sourcing of local and seasonal ingredients and the reduction of food waste.
