The charity dinner held on February 4 at the Lycée Technique et Hôtelier de Monaco’s own Cordon d’Or restaurant raised 3,900 euros for children’s charities.
The meal was prepared by students as part of an educational project and was judged by everyone to be a great success, with a good cause as the beneficiary.
The presentation of the cheque was made in the presence of Mrs Emmanuelle Farineau, Director of the Prince Albert II Leisure Centre and Responsible for the implementation of the International Day Rights of the Child as well as Joël Garault, the Michelin-starred chef behind the design of the gastronomic menu of February 4.
