“The Guests of Fort Antoine” and “The Season Theater of Fort Antoine” will celebrate the anniversary all summer, making the venue the cultural event of this summer in the Principality.

A traditional place for summer entertainment in its spectacular outdoor position on the Rock, Fort Antoine will take on a new significance this year as a venue very suited to the aftermath of the coronavirus crisis.

The Prince’s Government is offering free shows for the public, subject to availability (reservations at the Princess Grace Theatre ticket office from June 29).

The Department of Cultural Affairs wanted to mark this anniversary in two very distinct stages by honouring the major cultural institutions of the Principality from July 8 to August 7, then by inviting the public to discover the traditional theatre season from August 18 to September 4, 2020.

The first of 10 events will host the Philosophical Meetings of Monaco with Raphael Zagury-Orly and Joseph Cohen, on July 8. Friday, July 10, sees the Monte Carlo Opera perform Le Soleil de Naples, at 21:30.
