The International University of Monaco has moved to its new premises in the Stella building, 14 rue Hubert Clerissi, situated just one minute from the Condamine entrance to the Monaco Monte-Carlo railway station. The university was previously housed in Stade Louis 1.

The purpose-built space accommodates 16 classrooms, a multimedia classroom, a media library, computer labs, co-working spaces and a cafeteria, as well as administrative offices, over a total of 2,000 square metres.

IUM, which was established in 1986, offers a range of degrees, from bachelors to doctorates. It has a particular focus on business, and an internationally-respected MBA programme. IUM is part of the INSEEC group.
