New Moods, Monte-Carlo’s late-season live music venue on Place du Casino, reopens on October 1 for its third season, running through to March 27, 2027, with a lineup of tribute acts covering some of the biggest names in rock, pop, and French and Italian popular music.
First revived in 2024 under the direction of Stéphane Valeri, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, the intimate venue has grown into a firm fixture of Monte-Carlo’s autumn and winter evenings, running Thursday through Saturday each week. Now in its third season, the venue’s programme continues to be curated by the Group’s Artistic Director, Alfonso Ciulla, under the direction of Stéphane Lobono.
This year’s lineup spans an eclectic range of tribute acts, opening with the Ed Sheeran Experience from October 1 to October 3, followed by Abba Mania, Madonna Mania, and tributes to Amy Winehouse and Oasis throughout October. November brings tribute performances honouring Céline Dion, Lady Gaga, Balavoine, Michel Sardou and Johnny Hallyday, while December sees tributes to Sting, Coldplay and further festive programming. The new year opens with Eros Ramazzotti and Jean-Jacques Goldman tributes in January, continuing through Whitney Houston, Dire Straits, Depeche Mode and Francis Cabrel, before Queen closes out February alongside a dedicated evening for local talent, MC Talents, and a performance from Monaco rock band Rabata Roca. The season concludes in March with tributes to Bob Marley, France Gall, Elvis Presley, U2 and the Rolling Stones.
Alongside the music, Victor Marion, Head Chef at Café de Paris Monte-Carlo, has created a new menu for the season, designed around sharing and indulgence to accompany the evening’s programming.
New Moods will also host two dedicated family days this year: one for children aged 4 to 12 on October 28, marking Halloween, and another on December 20 for younger children celebrating the Christmas season, each featuring entertainment, decorations, on-site snacks and a dedicated space for parents.
Beyond its regular programming, the venue remains available for private hire year-round, accommodating between 40 and 200 guests for birthdays, private parties and corporate events, offered as a turnkey package complete with sound equipment, lighting, staging and staff.
New Moods is located on Place du Casino and opens Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:30pm to midnight, with a minimum spend of €65 per person covering food, drinks and entertainment. The venue holds a capacity of 120 seated or 200 for standing, cocktail-style events, with partial privatisation available for up to 35 guests in the mezzanine area or 6 in the VIP area, and full privatisation available year-round outside of concert dates. Reservations and further information are available by calling +377 98 06 20 08 or through New Moods Monte-Carlo’s official channels.
