The Grimaldi Forum is hosting the 15th edition of the One to One Retail E-Commerce event, bringing together more than a thousand decision-makers, technology providers and digital experts to explore the future of commerce…
Over three days between March the 10th and 12th, conferences, networking sessions and targeted business meetings aim to foster partnerships and accelerate innovation across the rapidly evolving retail sector.
Around 200 exhibitors and more than 1,150 industry leaders are attending the event, which has built a reputation over the past fifteen years for connecting brands with the digital solutions needed to address new commercial challenges. Organisers say the strength of the event lies in its structured matchmaking approach, allowing retailers, entrepreneurs and technology providers to identify the right partners and develop concrete business opportunities.
This year’s discussions focus on the transformation of what organisers describe as “three-way commerce”: the evolving relationship between brands, customers and artificial intelligence. As digital tools reshape the industry, companies must adapt to a landscape where physical stores, online platforms and data-driven strategies increasingly overlap.
Speakers highlighted how modern retail is becoming hybrid, connected and strongly centred on the customer experience. Key themes include the rise of advanced AI tools, data-driven marketing strategies and the growing importance of customer retention.
The event also reflects the diversity of today’s retail ecosystem, bringing together traditional retailers, digitally native brands and online-only platforms. Together, they are exploring how innovation and collaboration will shape the next generation of commerce.
