The Monaco Red Cross has taken stock of another busy year of humanitarian work, highlighting both the scale of its activities and the challenges that lie ahead.
Supported by 540 active volunteers, the organisation recorded more than 42,000 hours of volunteer service over the past year, reflecting the continued commitment of its members both within the Principality and in international operations. In 2025, the Monaco Red Cross is involved in 17 projects across 15 areas of intervention, providing assistance to more than 36,000 people worldwide.
Closer to home, the association’s presence remains highly visible throughout Monaco’s public life. During the year, Red Cross teams deployed 224 preventive rescue units at major events across the Principality, ensuring medical assistance was readily available for participants and spectators alike.
Training also continues to be a key part of the organisation’s mission. Over the course of the year, the Monaco Red Cross delivered 380 first aid training sessions, helping nearly 6,000 people learn essential lifesaving skills.
While these figures illustrate the scale of the organisation’s work, they also underline the importance of continued volunteer engagement and community support as the Monaco Red Cross prepares to face new humanitarian needs both locally and abroad.
