The Monaco Job Forum returns to the Grimaldi Forum on Friday, February 6, 2026, bringing together employers, recruiters and jobseekers for a full day dedicated to employment and career opportunities in the Principality…

Now in its fourth edition, the event has established itself as a key meeting point for anyone looking to enter or progress within Monaco’s dynamic economic ecosystem.

More than just a recruitment fair, the Forum reflects the diversity of the Monegasque economy. Companies and institutions from hospitality, luxury, construction, finance, health, commerce, yachting, logistics, energy, education and public services will all be represented, offering a broad spectrum of roles across both the private and public sectors. A dedicated area will also spotlight digital careers and emerging professions, highlighting how innovation continues to reshape the local job market.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet employers directly, submit applications, and discuss career paths face-to-face. Several government and administrative services will also be on hand, including the Employment Service, civil service recruitment teams, training bodies and social security representatives, providing practical guidance on recruitment procedures, qualifications and professional mobility in Monaco.

Open to residents, cross-border workers and anyone exploring new professional horizons, the Monaco Job Forum aims to make access to employment clearer, faster and more transparent. Entry is free, although advance registration via the official event platform is strongly recommended to streamline access and optimise meetings with recruiters.
