IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION BY SURIAH HEERAMAN (“THE APPLICANT”) FOR A GRANT OF  LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION AD COLLIGENDA BONA IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT BARTELLA (“THE DECEASED”) WHO DIED ON THE 13th JANUARY, 2025

TAKE NOTICE that the Applicant in the captioned proceedings has applied to a Judge of the High Court of Justice of Trinidad and Tobago for an order that she be appointed administratrix ad litem and ad colligenda bona of the Estate of Robert Bartella, Deceased for the limited purpose of offering the following property, which forms part of the Deceased’s Estate and is the subject of a specific bequest in the Deceased’s last will and testament, for sale and completing same, namely:

That property situate at New Road, Black Rock, Tobago, described in Deed No. DE200101993681D001, being “ALL AND SINGULAR that piece or parcel of land situated at BLACK ROCK in the Parish of St. Patrick in the Island of Tobago enrolled in the Wardens office Tobago as XM 208 as ONE LOT comprising the area defined in this Schedule bounded on the North by lands of the Heirs of Sarah Samuel and partly by the Sea on the East by lands of the Heirs of Sarah Samuel and partly by a road reserved on the South partly by lands of Jose Phillip and partly by a road reserved and on the West by the Sea and partly by lands of Jose Phillip and more particularly delineated and described on the Plan annexed to Deed No. 11310 of 1968 and subject to the alteration in the area of the lot caused by the shifting of the high water mark the defined area being now measured to contain on the West side of the property ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY FEET more or less from the existing Westerly boundary marker al the South end of the property to the extent of the boulders at the North end, on the East side ONE HUNDRED AND FIVE FEET more or less from the existing Easterly boundary marker at the South end of the property to the extent of the boulders at the North end and with described immediately above being ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-EIGHT FEET more or less”

Any person claiming an interest in the Estate of the Deceased, and/or the abovementioned property, who wishes to be heard in relation to the said Application is invited to attend that hearing before the Hon. Mr. Justice Sieuchand which is fixed to take place virtually on December 15th 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (TT local time).
