The Yacht Club de Monaco hosted the fourth edition of Africa Day on Monday, November 17, an event dedicated to exploring the challenges and strategic opportunities shaping the African continent today…

Held under the theme “Decode Challenges, Adapt Strategies,” the gathering brought together economic leaders, political representatives, investors and specialists committed to strengthening cooperation between Monaco and Africa.

Organised by the Club des Entrepreneurs Monégasques en Afrique (CEMA), with the support of the Monaco Economic Board (MEB) and FEDEM, this year’s edition highlighted a period marked by significant collaborative projects. Speakers and panellists examined key issues including regional development, energy infrastructure, digital transformation and the evolving investment climate across African markets.

For Monaco-based organisations, Africa Day has become a valuable platform for deepening ties with a continent undergoing rapid demographic and economic growth. Discussions focused not only on opportunities for responsible investment, but also on the importance of sustainable partnerships that create long-term positive impact.

Throughout the day, participants exchanged views on how Monaco’s expertise in finance, sustainability and innovation can support African initiatives, while African leaders outlined projects already underway with Monegasque partners.

With its mix of high-level dialogue and practical insight, the event once again reinforced Africa Day’s role as a bridge between Monaco and one of the world’s most dynamic regions.
