Monaco’s Yacht Club will once again host the Smart & Sustainable Marina Rendezvous this autumn, with the two-day gathering scheduled for Sunday, September 21 and Monday, September 22. Now in its fifth year, the event brings together innovators, investors and industry leaders to accelerate environmentally responsible marina development.
The meeting is organised by M3, a Monaco-based consultancy specialising in sustainable marina planning and operations. Its goal is to bridge the gap between emerging technology firms and established players such as architects, developers, project promoters and financial backers. Over the years, the forum has grown into an international draw, previously attracting nearly 250 participants representing 26 nations. Attendees have ranged from shipyard executives and marina managers to manufacturers, start-ups and vessel owners.
For 2025, the programme will highlight around 50 start-ups and scale-ups, alongside 20 marinas and architectural practices, all presenting practical strategies for reducing environmental impact while improving efficiency. Organisers say the emphasis will be on tangible, applicable projects rather than abstract concepts, with a clear aim to foster collaboration across the global marina sector.
The event’s format allows participants to showcase innovations, exchange expertise and explore new investment opportunities, reinforcing Monaco’s reputation as a hub for sustainable maritime initiatives. Registration is already open, with enquiries handled by M3 via email at info@m3monaco.com or by phone on +377 97 98 41 82.
