Croatian yacht sales company Navis Marine has expanded into Monaco, opening a new office called Navis Marine Exclusive at Port Hercule, marking the company’s first foray into the heart of the global yachting industry.

Founded in Zagreb in 2010, Navis Marine represents nine premium brands, including Azimut-Benetti, Windy, Solaris, Pirelli Speedboats and Sasga Yachts, offering sales, charter management and full yacht ownership support across its network. The company generated revenue of €46.5 million in 2025 and has steadily expanded its footprint across the Adriatic and Central Europe, with existing offices in Zagreb, Split, Trogir and Ljubljana, alongside a dedicated service facility in Trogir.

The new Monaco office will serve as the company’s international sales and brokerage hub, representing the exclusive Solaris and Stradivari brands locally while strengthening ties between Navis Marine’s established Adriatic operations and the wider Mediterranean superyacht market. Positioned at Port Hercule, one of the world’s most prestigious yachting harbours, the office is expected to deepen the company’s relationships with international clients and further establish its presence among the region’s ultra-high-net-worth yachting community.

To mark the launch, Navis Marine hosted an exclusive opening event at Monaco’s Wine Palace, drawing clients, business partners, yachting industry figures, media and influencers from across Monaco and the wider region.

The Monaco expansion follows the recent opening of the company’s Ljubljana office, with a further location in Prague also planned as part of a broader European growth strategy, one aimed at capturing a share of a luxury yacht market projected to reach $8.4 billion by 2034.
