His Serene Highness Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène attended the awards ceremony on May 13 for the inaugural “Formula E Monte-Carlo Tee Prix,” a charity golf tournament held at the Monte-Carlo Golf Club in support of the Princess Charlène of Monaco Foundation…

Bringing together Formula E drivers, sponsors, professional golfers, influencers and invited personalities, the event combined sport and philanthropy in a friendly yet competitive atmosphere on the prestigious Mont Agel course overlooking the Principality.

Organised using the Scramble format, the tournament featured several golfing challenges, including “Nearest to the Pin” and “Longest Drive,” with teams competing throughout the day for the top prizes. At the conclusion of the event, Prince Albert II, Princess Charlène and Gareth Wittstock presented awards to the winning teams.

Second prize was awarded by Prince Albert II to Team Aurora, made up of Lee Flay, Matt Beal, Lee Attreed and Westbury Gillett.

Princess Charlène presented first prize to the winning “Influencers” team, composed of Seb Delanney, Emma Houlmière, golfer Mathilde Ostrowski and Formula E driver Maximilian Günther.

Funds raised during the tournament will support the foundation’s programmes focused on drowning prevention and water safety education.
