Monaco is set to offer a first glimpse into one of its most established cultural events, as the 65th edition of the Festival International de Télévision de Monte-Carlo will be officially presented on Tuesday, April 28 at the Médiathèque Caroline.
Open to the public, the midday event will reveal key details of this year’s festival, which is scheduled to take place from June 12 to 16. Attendees will be among the first to discover the programme, including premieres, industry discussions and opportunities to meet leading figures from the world of television.
Founded more than six decades ago, the festival has become a fixture on the international television calendar, drawing professionals, actors and fans to the Principality each year. Its appeal lies not only in exclusive screenings, but also in behind-the-scenes insights and direct exchanges with creators and talent.
The April presentation will also include an interactive element, with a television-themed quiz offering participants the chance to win official festival prizes—adding a lighter touch to what is otherwise a key date for industry watchers.
Held at the Médiathèque Caroline on Promenade Honoré II, the session provides a rare opportunity for the public to engage directly with the festival ahead of its official opening, and to get a sense of what’s in store for this landmark 65th edition.
