For its 27th edition, the Rally will close on the night of Tuesday 4th to Wednesday 5th in Monaco, as tradition dictates.
On Thursday evening, the Quai Albert-Ier in Monaco was transformed into a veritable open-air museum. A total of 86 classic cars were paraded under the amazed gazes of passionate spectators. The vehicles had been on display on the Quai Albert Ier since Wednesday.
After making the final mechanical adjustments, the 86 crews setting off from Monaco headed for Valance, marking the start of their journey. Monaco is one of the four host cities for the 27th Monte-Carlo Historic Rally, alongside Bad Homburg, Reims and Turin.
The competitors set off for four days of intense racing, before returning to the Principality on Tuesday. A final challenge awaits them with a night stage over the legendary Col de Turini, the climax of this legendary adventure. In all, 1,687 kilometres and 17 regularity stages will be put to the test by the 221 participants, all ready to rise to the challenge with passion and determination.
