On Monday, January 6, Frédéric Fautrier, Director of the Monegasque Agency for Digital Security (AMSN), awarded the Information Systems Security Audit Provider (PASSI) qualification to KPMG Monaco. The certificate was officially presented to Sabina Debussy, Partner – Advisory, and Clément Maillioux, Director – IT Advisory in Cybersecurity and Data Protection.

The PASSI qualification, established by ministerial decree on August 16, 2017, is a mandatory certification aimed at enhancing the quality and rigour of audits conducted on the information systems of the State and Monaco’s Vital Operators. It guarantees the reliability, impartiality, and effectiveness of cybersecurity audits, reinforcing trust in the certified service provider.

This initiative is part of Monaco’s National Digital Security Strategy, launched in 2016, and aligns with stringent standards monitored by a certified evaluation centre approved by the French National Cybersecurity Agency (ANSSI).

KPMG Monaco becomes the third local entity to achieve this distinction, further cementing its reputation as a leader in cybersecurity expertise within the Principality. As one of Monaco’s most established firms, with over 50 years of presence, KPMG Monaco specialises in tailored advisory, accounting, and auditing services. The firm’s approach combines independence and local expertise, ensuring customised solutions that address the evolving needs of its clients and Monaco’s digital landscape.
