“Political violence is absolutely unacceptable and has no place in our societies. Our hearts and prayers go out to the families of the innocent victim and those who were injured,” the sovereign wrote, adding “On behalf of the Monegasque people, my family and myself, I ask you to accept our sincere condolences to the victim’s family. Please know, Mr. President, that we express our deep solidarity with you at this time.”
