The Sainte-Dévote Tournament returns this year bigger than ever, as 24 Under 12 teams from 21 different countries go head to head in a rugby sevens tournament at the Stade Louis II on Friday, April 19 and Saturday, April 20.

This growing tournament is held over the course of two days, as opposed to just one in previous editions, giving the ‘Blue Bulls off South Africa ample opportunity to defend their title. This international competition is organised by the Monegasque Rugby Federation, with the support of the Princess Charlene Foundation.

This year, French rugby sevens international Antoine Zeghdar has accepted the role of ‘godfather’ of the event, and commented on social media that “I am very honored to be the sponsor of the Sainte Dévote 2024 Tournament, this international competition for young people is for me a great moment of rugby in which I have participated for a long time as a volunteer and which allowed me to meet great players”
