Good news for local bus passengers. As of this week, the direct bus line between Nice and Menton is running again. This line had been split due to the work on the road between Monaco and Menton for the last two years, which caused the disappearance of line 100. This was replaced by lines 607 (between Nice and Monaco) and 608 (Monaco and Menton), which meant that a connecting change had to be made at Place d’Armes in Monaco.
These two lines will be combined again into line 600 from this week, running from Nice’s Square Normandie Niemen to the Gare Routière of Menton and vice versa, from 5:35 until 20:35.
The frequency varies from 10 to 15 minutes. This bus stops in Villefranche, Beaulieu, Eze sur Mer, Cap d’Ail, Monaco Tourism Office and St. Roman, and Roquebrune-Carnoles, before arriving at its destination in Menton.
Those arriving in Nice can reach the airport by tram from the port. More information about bus traffic along the Côte d’Azur can be found on the official zou.maregionsud.fr or by phone: 04-13943050.
