One of Monaco’s oldest restaurants, opened in 1938 and a favourite of Prince Rainier, has passed into the ownership of MC Hospitality Group.
Recently in the news after expanding its range of establishments in New York, the Group promises to keep up Tip Top’s special informal feeling with no compromise on the quality of its cuisine under chef Antonio Salvatore.
In a press release, he said: “At Tip Top, we believe in the importance of preserving traditions while innovating for the future.”
The Michelin-starred chef promises a brand new menu of exceptional quality at the local landmark on ave. des Spelugues.
