A plenary session of the Commerce Observatory was held last week, under the presidency of HE Mr Pierre Dartout, Minister of State, in the presence of Mr Marco Piccinini, Monaco’s Minister of Finance and Economy.
The Minister of State said that the Commerce Observatory is a special place for exchanges between the Administration and various economic players.
Members of the Observatory discussed the tourist forecasts showing encouraging results as well as the challenges and opportunities for the trade and hospitality sectors in the Principality.
Discussions provided an opportunity to voice concrete proposals to boost the local economy.
