Blue Ice – Winter Pop-Up
The ice caps are coming to the Blue Gin! This winter will see the iconic venue get a spectacular new look with an igloo, a forest of white-capped pines, stalactites, polar bears, and penguins. Experience a veritable polar adventure, from igloo to iceberg via stalactites and pine forest… Bathed in ice blue lights, house DJ Nicolas Saad will warm up the dancefloor on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Les Amoureux de Shakespeare – Theatre
They’re back! Following the huge success of their shows about Marivaux and Molière, the “Mauvais Elèves” return with a paean to all things British! Their re-interpretation of Shakespeare’s romantic comedy A Midsummer Night’s Dream features songs by the Beatles, the Kinks, and the Troggs, with a delightful swinging sixties look taking audiences into a surreal fairytale world. Directed by Shirley and Dino.

Keziah Jones – Incognito – Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival
A duo of concerts at the Opéra Garnier Monte-Carlo on November 30 with Keziah Jones and the band Incognito! This acid jazz ensemble based in London draws its roots from the fusion dear to the 1970s, a true standard bearer of London musical creation for over 25 years and has evolved brilliantly over the years according to the styles and its different configurations. And like his mixed music which he describes as blufunk, Keziah Jones has been traveling the world for two decades. This very personal style mixes soul-funk, blues and rock with African rhythms. Madagascar – The Musical
A musical adventure for all ages based on the Dreamworks film of the same name. The show is a hymn to friendship, with music taking spectators from the urban jungle and skyscrapers of New York to the beaches of the fantastic African island. Just like the film Madagascar – the Musical follows a group of friends as they escape from their “home” in New York’s Central Park and unexpectedly find themselves bound for the incredible world of Madagascar! One of the event’s regular stars is set to make his return to the Monte-Carlo Jazz Festival with his eponymous show, “Ibrahim Maalouf et les trompettes de Michel Ange (T.O.M.A.,)”, following the concert by Dominique Fils Aimé who will be introducing Roots! The superb text of the Magnificat has inspired numerous composers (Bach, Vivaldi, Graupner, Telemann, Zelenka, Kuhnau) of which extracts will be performed by Elodie BOYER (soprano), Zeynep CASTEL-BRANCO (soprano), Annick ARPINO (mezzo-soprano) and Lara CASTIGLIONE (organ). Le Prince au cœur du cirque – Exhibition
See a vast treasure trove of circus exhibits, including still photographs, moving picture footage, artists’ costumes, previously unseen documents, posters, and more, as part of celebrations marking the centenary of Prince Rainier III. Curated by HSH Princess Stéphanie and Dr Alain Frère, the scenography and curatorship were guided by the words of Prince Rainier III, who said that “the circus is experienced with the senses and that it is above all a living art”. His writings and testimonies accompany the visitor on a journey combining video extracts from emblematic acts, unpublished documents from the Palais de Monaco Archives, numerous costumes from the collection of Dr Alain Frère and works brought together for the first time , in order to experience and discover the history of the most prestigious Festival in the circus world. December Light – Exhibition
La Società delle Api (The Bee Society) hosts the first solo exhibition in Monaco by Yu Nishimura. With the title December Light, Yu Nishimura’s paintings depict an everyday environment with his specific ability to bring out the light that emanates from the surfaces. Polar Mission – Exhibition
Discover an immersive and interactive experience! Take on the role of a roving reporter and set off on a mission to explore the Polar regions! This new exhibition includes five thematic areas spread over two levels. Learn about the Poles and their wildlife, and the men and women who populate and explore them. Fascinating objects and documents, digital content and immersive devices come together to create a 360° experience. The great voyage can begin!
