Eighteen residents tested positive for coronavirus in the latest 24 hour period, while 20 residents fully recovered.
Thirty-eight residents are currently being treated at the Princess Grace Hospital, seven in intensive care.
Residents with mild symptoms recovering at home numbered 144 on Thursday evening.
