Thirty new cases of coronavirus were reported in Monaco on Tuesday evening, with eight full recoveries in the same 24-hour period.
Forty-three residents are currently being treated as in-patients at the Princess Grace Hospital, six in intensive care.
A total of 153 residents with mild symptoms are recovering at home under the care and supervision of the Home Monitoring Centre.
Meanwhile, six students at the François d’Assise-Nicolas Barré school were among those who tested positive. Two of them seem likely to have been infected at school. The whole class was sent home until February 19, inclusive. Distance learning has been put in place.
