A Range Rover was fished from Port Hercule on the morning of Monday, December 23, after its driver lost control of the vehicle on quay Antoine-1er and it fell into the port during the early hours of Sunday.
The woman driver managed to escape from the vehicle on her own account and was taken to the Princess Grace Hospital Centre.
The driver was found to be over the drink-driving limit and will appear in court at a later date.
