A brand new tourist welcome centre has been inaugurated in Terminal 1 at Nice Airport. David Lisnard, President of the Regional Committee for Tourism Côte d’Azur France, Sandrine Camia, Deputy Director of the Tourism and Conventions Office in Monaco and Dominique Thillaud, President of the Board of Directors of the Airports of the Coast d’Azur, officiated at the opening on Friday, July 26.
“The journey of our customers begins here and this space must give them the desire to enrich it with all that the Destination Côte d’Azur has to offer. Our Principality is, of course, one of them, and the experience we bring to them will be one of our strengths to build loyalty,” said Sandrine Camia, representing Monaco Tourism.
The promotional area invites passengers waiting for their luggage to immerse themselves upon arrival in the most characteristic and spectacular views and landscapes of the Côte d’Azur. It highlights the key destinations of Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Menton, Antibes Juan-Les-Pins, Mandelieu-la Napoule, Grasse, as well as landscapes of the Mercantour.
