The tourism industry is entering a new era, driven by the rapid rise of artificial intelligence…

On Tuesday 11th November, under the initiative of Guy Antognelli, Director of Tourism and Congresses of Monaco, and his team, the Grand Salon of the Fairmont Monte-Carlo hosted a forward-looking conference titled “Travel and AI: New Experiences, New Horizons.”

The event gathered international experts, destination partners, and tourism professionals to discuss how AI is transforming every stage of the travel experience, from personalized itineraries and predictive booking systems to smarter customer service and sustainable travel solutions. The focus was on how the Principality can harness these innovations to strengthen its position as a world-class destination while maintaining the human touch that defines Monaco’s hospitality.

Held in the presence of Pierre-André Chiappori, Government Counsellor, Minister of Finance and Economy, and representatives from Monaco’s international offices, the conference highlighted Monaco’s commitment to innovation and its ambition to stay ahead of global trends. As AI continues to redefine how people explore the world, this initiative reinforces the Principality’s forward-thinking vision, one that combines technology, creativity, and elegance in equal measure.
