The Monte-Carlo Business Centre (MCBC) officially inaugurated its third site this week, further expanding its footprint in the Principality…
Located on Avenue Kennedy, just steps from the Yacht Club and overlooking the Formula 1 circuit, the new coworking space, known as MCBC3, offers 250 m² of shared and private office facilities across two levels. Around fifty professionals attended the opening event to discover the centre’s distinctive design and prime location.
MCBC3 features twenty open-plan workstations, five exclusive offices, and a fully equipped meeting room. With floor plans ranging from 9 to 25 m², the space caters to entrepreneurs, small teams, and freelancers alike. In a nod to its proximity to Port Hercule, the interior design incorporates nautical elements, including wooden finishes and porthole-style features, to evoke the spirit of a ship’s deck.
The new site also boasts panoramic views of Monaco’s harbour and the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit, offering a unique vantage point during race season. Following previous openings near the Metropole shopping centre and on Princess Charlotte Boulevard, this latest address further strengthens MCBC’s position as a leader in flexible workspaces in Monaco.
With the rising popularity of coworking and a growing demand for flexible office solutions, MCBC3 aims to combine convenience, professionalism, and a premium setting—all in one. Its launch marks another milestone in Monaco’s dynamic business landscape, providing entrepreneurs with the infrastructure they need in an environment that blends functionality with prestige.
