New Rouge et Blanc recruits Matthis Abline and Mathys Detourbet will greet supporters at the AS Monaco Summer Village on Monday, August 3, taking part in a signing session on Quai Albert 1er starting at 6.30pm.
The appearance follows a similar fan meet-up with Flávio Nazinho the previous Monday, continuing a summer tradition of introducing the club’s new arrivals directly to supporters. Fans attending will have the chance to welcome both players to the club, collect an autograph, take a photo, or simply enjoy a moment with the newest additions to the squad. Access is free and open to all, subject to capacity.
The signing session is one of several events taking place at this year’s Summer Village, which runs daily from 4pm to 10.30pm on Quai Albert 1er, Port Hercule, through August 9. Now in its third edition, the free event has become something of a summer fixture in the Principality, drawing supporters, residents and curious visitors alike. Highlights include the Kids Tour caravan, which has entertained more than 13,000 children across the region and Italy since 2022 with activities like a giant target-shooting contest, human table football, and AS Monaco-themed quizzes, alongside a mini football pitch for family games.
A separate 3v3 football tournament open to adults aged 18 and over will take place on Wednesday, August 5, from 7pm, following the success of an earlier 4v4 tournament for 12 to 15-year-olds. Registration is free but required, with teams of three needing to sign up in advance by email, providing the team name along with each player’s full name and date of birth.
The Village is also collecting new school supplies, including notebooks, pens, glue and rulers, on behalf of the charity Les Enfants de Frankie, with donations going to help local families facing financial hardship prepare for the new school year. Visitors can drop off items directly with staff on site throughout the event.
The Summer Village runs alongside a wider programme of entertainment organised by the Monaco Town Hall along Port Hercule, including funfair rides, sports activities and food stalls. A standout evening is planned for Saturday, August 1, with a fireworks display at 9.30pm followed by a pop-rock concert.
