Her Royal Highness Caroline, Princess of Hanover visited Jeune J’écoute on Wednesday, May 6, meeting staff, volunteers and the young people supported by the organisation as part of her role as Honorary President.

The association, which works with children, teenagers and families across Monaco, provides emotional support, counselling and a safe space for young people facing personal or social difficulties. Through listening services and close guidance, Jeune J’écoute aims to help young people feel heard and supported during difficult periods.

During the visit, Princess Caroline spoke with teams working on the ground every day with young people and their families. She also spent time with several children and teenagers supported by the organisation, sharing informal exchanges with them during the afternoon.

The visit highlighted the growing importance of youth wellbeing and mental health support, particularly as associations like Jeune J’écoute continue to see demand for guidance and listening services among adolescents.

Princess Caroline has long supported charitable organisations linked to childhood, education and social welfare in Monaco, and her continued involvement with Jeune J’écoute reflects the Principality’s wider focus on youth support and prevention programmes.
