As part of its digital transformation strategy, Monaco has modernized the websites of its diplomatic representations to offer a seamless and intuitive user experience…
Led by the Délégation Interministérielle chargée de la Transition Numérique (DITN), this initiative has revamped online platforms for embassies, the Permanent Mission to the United Nations, and the Permanent Representation to the Council of Europe.
The redesigned websites provide a streamlined structure and a modernized interface, ensuring quick access to essential information. Users can easily navigate sections covering Monaco’s diplomatic activities, administrative procedures for visas and passports, resources for Monegasque citizens abroad, and insights for international visitors interested in the Principality’s global ties. These platforms are fully optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring accessibility across all digital formats.
Beyond practicality, these websites serve as a key tool in promoting Monaco’s international influence. They highlight the Principality’s diplomatic engagements, facilitate access to important resources, and enhance its visibility on the global stage. Notably, an exclusive section dedicated to Monaco’s upcoming Presidency of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers (May–November 2026) is now available at www.monaco-coe.gouv.mc.
This initiative falls under the Extended Monaco program, reinforcing the role of digital innovation in government services. Moving forward, Monaco plans to roll out additional embassy websites, strengthening its online presence and ensuring a uniform, high-quality digital experience across its global diplomatic network.
