The world of padel is set to take centre stage in Monaco once again as the Padel Best Village returns to the Grimaldi Forum on April 26 and 27…
Previously known as the Padel Best Expo, this year’s edition introduces a revised format, featuring a networking village, five competitions, and a charity gala in support of Fight Aids Monaco.
Over two days, three padel courts will be installed indoors, along with an outdoor pickleball court. The competition lineup remains similar to previous years, featuring a VIP category for men and women, a tournament for athletes with disabilities, and a brand-new Italy-France Padel Cup, which will bring together top clubs from both countries. Among the expected competitors are former football stars, including Dida, Papu Gomez, and Fabio Quagliarella.
The event will also feature sports conferences focusing on health, nutrition, and athletic performance, as well as an evening gala at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo on Sunday night, with proceeds going to Fight Aids Monaco. Christophe Glasser, president of the association, highlighted the event’s role in raising awareness about HIV, which continues to affect 39 million people globally.
This year’s edition aims to attract even more spectators, following the success of last year’s event, which coincided with the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters. To encourage greater participation, ticket prices have been reduced, with daily passes now at €25 and weekend access at €40.
