The Prince’s Government is initiating a call for applications to repurpose the premises previously occupied by the Vintage Car Museum of HSH the Sovereign Prince. This call for applications will be published in the Journal de Monaco on July 5, 2024, and reiterated on July 12, with the aims of transforming the 5,000 square meter space into a games and leisure area for young people.
As studies continue to resize the Fontvieille Shopping Center project, the government recognizes the growing demand for entertainment spaces for the youth in the Principality. This large and ideally located venue offers a unique opportunity to create a vibrant recreational facility that meets the needs and interests of young residents.
Applications are now being accepted, with the goal of swiftly establishing a new entertainment hub that will provide much-needed activities and social spaces for the Principality’s youth.
