HSH Prince Albert inaugurated the 19th edition of the Top Marques Monaco supercar show with his presence on the morning of Saturday, June 8.
Described by the New York Times as “the most exclusive car show in the world,” Top Marques Monaco is exceeding its own high standards this year, as 11 exclusive supercar launches add to a rich 2024 edition at the Grimaldi Forum.
The Sovereign was accompanied by Top Marques director Emeric Garcia, and Christine Salti, director of Monaco Check-in, the company that organises the show.
During his visit, Prince Albert discovered several major innovations in the automotive industry, including electric supercars and hyper-luxurious vehicles. The Prince also met exhibitors in the Classic Car area, including former Formula 1 driver and familiar face Thierry Boutsen of Boutsen Classic Cars.
Other highlights included the presentation of the main sponsors zondacrypto, Dassault Aviation, Deco-Flamme and NFTouring, and a meeting with young design prodigy Aran La, a car enthusiast who had travelled from England to visit the show. The Prince also caught up with the show’s ambassador and popular automotive influencer GMK, who unveiled his new Mansory G-Class, while also taking collection of his Audi RS6 Avant GT at Top Marques. This was most likely the first example to be received, as Audi chose Top Marques Monaco as the show to exclusively present its new monster wagon.
Top Marques concluded on Sunday, June 9, having attracted enthusiasts and collectors from around the world, cementing Monaco’s reputation as a global centre for luxury and innovation, and the place to be for appreciators of exotic automobiles.
