The Best European Destinations site has just revealed its ranking for 2024 in which the Principality won an award and appears on the podium, behind Marbella in Spain and ahead of Malta.
“Staying in Monaco means choosing an exceptional destination where everyone can enjoy unique and memorable experiences,” writes the site about Destination Monaco.
European Best Destinations highlights “the perfect marriage between glamour, culture and relaxation” of the Principality “known for its security” but also its “gastronomic delights”, its “sporting and cultural events”, its “exceptional nightlife”…
Guy Antognelli, Director of Tourism and Conventions of the Principality, said: “This award awarded by the visitors themselves is both recognition of the efforts undertaken on a daily basis by all tourism professionals in the Principality and the affirmation of the renewal of the destination and its unique positioning, which confirms that Monaco is like nowhere else.
