On Friday December 15, Camille Svara, Deputy Mayor, together with Jacques Pastor, Delegate for Sports Establishments, and Arnaud Giusti, Head of the Municipal Sports Service and Associations, officially announced the opening of the winter Sports Village on the South Dock of Port Hercule.

This vast area of fun and sporting activities is a first in the Principality, and is in addition to the Christmas Village “Rainier III, Prince Passionné” which opened on Thursday December 7.

The Sports Village will delight sports enthusiasts aged three and over, the Town Hall said.

Several obstacle courses, tree climbing, climbing and a 180-meter-long zip line are all there to fly over the Port of Monaco… everything has been thought of to make the end-of-year celebrations a success.
