Reconstruction work at 2-8 avenue Prince Pierre will result in major traffic disruption starting from Monday, September 4. The work will continue until December 22.
Although the important thoroughfare, from Place d’Armes up to just short of the top entrance to the railway station, will be open to traffic and pedestrians over the four-month period there will be localised diversions and the suspension of some parking spaces. The first 18 days of the work will be the most disruptive.
Among the temporary closures will be one traffic lane at the top of rue Grimaldi where it meets the Place d’Armes roundabout.
