On Tuesday, July 4, the Association des Consuls Honoraires de Monaco (A.C.H.M.) together with the Club Suisse de Monaco held a Memorial Mass for Urs Minder, the Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Monaco, who died on Sunday, June 18, aged 66.

Urs Minder had been at the head of Swiss bank UBS in Monaco for almost 20 years.

The Mass took place in the Saint-Charles Church and was celebrated by Father Reginald.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was represented by Ms Isabelle Rosabrunetto, Minister of External Relations and Cooperation, the A.C.H.M. by Mr Marc Lecourt, its President and Honorary Consul General of Slovenia in Monaco, and the Swiss Club of Monaco by Dr Arik Röschke.

Also present was Marie-Catherine Caruso-Ravéra, Director of Diplomatic and Consular Relations.

The A.C.H.M. was further represented by Colonel Thierry Jouan, representative to the President, who organised the ceremony.

The Consular Corps was also present, with Mr Moustapha El-Solh, Honorary Consul of Lebanon in Monaco, Mr Eric Blair, Honorary Consul of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland in Monaco, Count Niccollo Caissotti di Chiusano, Consul of the Bahamas in Monaco, Mr Roland Mélan, Honorary Consul of Guatemala, Mr Alain Ucari, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Korea in Monaco, Mr and Mrs Anthony Stent-Torri, Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Monaco, Mr and Mrs Alexander Moghadam, Honorary Consul General of Nepal in Monaco and Mr Paolo Tricotti, Honorary Consul of Chile in Monaco.

Also present were members of the Club Suisse de Monaco and two children of Urs Minder and his partner, Karine Wielgus.
