Thursday 16
Dreams – Conversation
One wonders why dreams are always drawn towards escaping from reality. What if, on the contrary, we looked upon dreams as a chance to enlighten the obscurities of a reality that cannot be reduced merely to a rational understanding? As the daring partner of imagination, perhaps a dream is capable of showing us previously unsuspected “plans” of reality, in the same way that by casting our gaze far into the distance – what one might describe as utopically – we can better discern the qualities and shortcomings of that which is right in front of us. Let us rediscover the virtues of utopia. Let us dare to dream! Organised by Les Rencontres Philosophiques de Monaco. On Thursday, March 16 from 19:00 to 21:00 at the Théâtre Princesse Grace. Après coup – French Theatre
