A team made up of L35 Arquitectos, Fuksas, AB Architecture and Jean Mus & Compagnie has won the tender process initiated by the Government of Monaco for its urban regeneration project for the Fontvieille district in the Principality of Monaco.
The project, promoted by Socri MC, will focus on improving users’ quality of life while strengthening and boosting the Principality’s commercial, leisure, residential, tertiary and logistics offering, through the creation of an innovative, sustainable mixed-use complex, which aspires to achieve ten environmental certifications.
L35 describes itself as an international architecture firm with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Geneva, Miami, Mexico, Bogotá, São Paulo, Santiago, Casablanca, Istanbul and Abu Dhabi.
The plan is that Fontvieille’s commercial centre will remain open during the extensive work required.
