Monaco’s Commission d’Insertion des Diplômés (CID) held its 16th annual meeting this week, chaired by Christophe Robino on behalf of the Minister of State, presenting members with a full review of the organisation’s 2025 activities supporting the professional integration of students and young graduates across the Principality.
Since its founding in 2010, the CID has offered personalised support built around genuine listening and practical guidance, with 225 young people benefiting from the programme last year alone.
Among the highlights of this year’s review was a presentation of CID Alumni, a new network launched in June, designed to strengthen long-term connections between graduates from the Principality and support their ongoing professional integration and career development over time.
The meeting also addressed the CID’s expanded scope since 2025, broadening the range of young people it supports, while reaffirming the four core pillars underpinning its work: meeting, informing, supporting and creating opportunities for graduates.
Over the course of 2025, the organisation ran 58 workshops and outreach sessions, many focused specifically on employment within the Principality and the professional integration of young graduates. Backed by a network of 285 partner companies, the CID supports young people at every stage of their career journey, from internships and work-study placements through to their first permanent role.
Looking ahead to 2026, the CID says it intends to build further on this work, with plans to strengthen ties with partner companies, introduce new workshops dedicated to professional integration, and prepare a dedicated day focused on the competitive exams held across the Principality.
