The bar at Monaco’s Jardin Exotique has found its new operators, with Rémy Rinaldi and Ricardo da Silva Alves, already known in Monaco for running Maison Mer at the Marché de la Condamine, set to take over the venue.

Opening daily from 7am, two hours ahead of the Jardin Exotique itself, the bar is designed first and foremost as a spot for local residents and workers in the neighbourhood to enjoy a coffee, set against one of Monaco’s most spectacular backdrops. Perched on the cliffside above the city, the location offers sweeping views over the Principality and out toward the Mediterranean.

Access to the bar is free and entirely separate from admission to the Jardin Exotique, meaning visitors can enjoy the space and its views without needing to purchase a ticket to the garden itself.

The new operators take charge of the venue following the Jardin Exotique’s own reopening earlier this year, after undergoing a significant renovation that closed the site for an extended period before it welcomed the public back on March 30, 2026.
