An entrepreneur and actor, Morel is the founder and director of Monaco-based Risorius Production, where he specialises in helping clients communicate their projects and ideas through audiovisual storytelling.
For Morel, however, the award is less about personal recognition than the work behind each production. He said the jury had responded positively to his portfolio, describing his role as being at the service of clients, their vision and the way they want their stories to be told.
The young entrepreneur sees the prize as recognition of the hours invested in developing his craft, learning new skills and continually improving the work produced by his company.
Rather than viewing the award as a destination, Morel intends to use it as encouragement to keep developing professionally.
He believes curiosity remains central to that process, arguing that entrepreneurs should never stop learning or looking for ways to progress. For Morel, the Monaco Business Award provides an additional boost as he continues building Risorius Production and developing his creative career.
